LÖWE Rust Primer Plus 563

Thick-layer corrosion protection, filler and primer for machinery, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, steel structures, cast iron, etc. Perfect rust protection in one coat (exception: rollers 2 x); extremely weather-resistant, optimum rust protection over a longer period of time without top coat. Can be painted over with all synthetic resin, acrylic, two-component paints, chlorinated rubber systems, car paints (nitro and acrylic resistant). Optimum filling power, excellent flow.

Dry film thickness

Coating, one coat approx. 90µm.

Surface preparation

Remove scale, loose rust and grease. Dry or clean the surface. Use the smallest grain size for blasting. Roughness depth approx. 10µm

Coating structure

Apply 1 - 2 coats of undiluted, saturated paint; two coats are usually necessary when rolling.

Paintability

Possible with many common synthetic resin, acrylic and two-component paints as well as car paints. Preliminary tests are recommended.

Processing conditions

The material, substrate and air temperature must not fall below 8°C or exceed 30°C during the entire processing and drying time. The air humidity should be between 30% RH and 75% RH during the entire time.

Tool cleaning

With special thinner 68.
